Subject to your compliance with these Terms, APPY INFOTECH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

While we strive to ensure the Application calculates expenses and balances accurately, we do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or results. You should verify all calculations independently, especially for important financial matters.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPY INFOTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application (if any), or $0 if the Application is provided free of charge.

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the Application will delete all locally stored data.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. All data stored locally on your device will remain until you uninstall the Application.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APPY INFOTECH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which APPY INFOTECH operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
